If the Application offers paid features or subscriptions, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

Subscription terms, pricing, billing periods, cancellations, and refunds may be provided separately at the time of purchase.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Application at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The Application may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by law.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Application's availability, reliability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JFactor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Application.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe that your use of the Application creates a risk to us, other users, or the Application.

You may stop using the Application at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" above.

Your continued use of the Application after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms will be governed by the laws of California/USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
